Introduction

The Owners Zone on the Cowan Head website is designed to contain items of a practical nature particularly, but not exclusively, relevant to new owners of apartments here. Inevitably there is some duplication with the main website but we have kept this as little as possible.

The Owners Zone is password protected. New owners will be told what the password is when they move in. We will change the password once or twice a year in line with recommended security practice and all owners will be given details of the change via one of our regular Newsletters.

We hope that the information here will help you enjoy your home at Cowan Head. If you have any questions or problems that are not covered here, the Directors or any of the residents will be only too happy to try and help.

If you close a particular sub-heading section using the X in the top right of the screen, this will close the whole website and you will have to start right from the beginning all over again
